1. Service Description

KwikCost provides an AI-powered quoting service for tradesmen via WhatsApp. We generate quotes based on information provided by end customers and your configured pricing parameters.

2. Accuracy

While we strive for accurate pricing, AI-generated quotes are estimates. You are responsible for reviewing and approving quotes before they are sent to customers (unless you choose Full Auto mode).

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. PAYG credits do not expire. You may cancel at any time with no penalty.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KwikCost for illegal purposes, spam, or to generate misleading quotes.

5. Limitation of Liability

KwikCost is not liable for lost revenue due to incorrect quotes, service downtime, or customer disputes arising from AI-generated content.
